- Share a responsibility matrix for your reference, and to share with the rest of your team. This gives clarity on who and when people are working across systems and processes. We’ll begin actively working through your project procurement needs weekly.
How will I be billed?
- Charges will be applied to the credit card you have on file in PX360 Project Management Software. VCA costs are in addition to your PX360 software subscription cost.
- Blocks of VCA hours will be paid at the start of each new block.
- Hours are tracked and reported at the end of each month.
- From the 2nd block onwards you can stop at any point by messaging us at [email protected]. Upon confirmation of your cancellation, we will refund any remaining hours in the block.
Please note: Due to the time and effort required to consult with a team and become familiar with their unique organisation, the first 20 hour block is non-refundable.
